Shipping policy
We offer FREE Express Worldwide Shipping, in partnership with DHL Express.
All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date. Purchases made after 2 pm GMT will not be shipped until the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking details from DHL once your order has been dispatched.
All delivery times below are in business days.

If you are experiencing issues with your shipment prior to despatch, please send an email to help@rotatenorth.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If your order has been dispatched, and you have received tracking information, please contact DHL quoting your tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, Rotate North is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact DHL, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier (handling agent). Please note that you (as the customer/importer) are responsible for settling any such fees or charges levied by your local customs office/government and/or handling agent, and not Rotate North.

Shipments to the US
Shipments to the US up to $800 in value (the previous 'Small Package Tariff Exemption') are no longer exempt from import duties and tariffs. All shipments to the US now attract the applicable duty and tariff rate in force at the time of shipping. This amount will be payable by you prior to your shipment being released by US Customs.
DHL will contact you once your shipment arrives at your local Customs processing centre and will advise of you of the amount payable and how to pay. Please contact DHL as our shipping agent in the first instance, with any queries on the progress of your shipment. If DHL are unable to assist you for whatever reason, please email us at help@rotatenorth.com.
